Purchase
Complete your purchase online if it's cow or Kangaroo hide, airbag or without, or standard size.

Design
We will contact you for your design brief and logo requirements. Our designer Allison gray design can only be contacted by an email or by Whats app. The client can either come with their own design or visually communicate to the designer what they have in mind. The designer also has their own ready-made templates that can help finalise the design. The client gets four attempts to complete the design.
Important: It is very important to note that when the designer has started with the mockup and the client changes their mind, Dynamic Performance AS will deduct the designer's fee upon refund.
Personal logos you have, they must be sent to us in the correct format. If we need to create for you, there will be an extra cost and it will require more time. This must be agreed upon in advance.

Measurements
Take your measurements while the design is finalised and deliver it to us by email.
If customer has special requests, they must be mentioned to us while the design is being made or when the measurement form is submitted via email. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to make any changes during the production of the leathers.

Production
Now that the design is finalised and will be sent to production, IT CAN NO LONGER BE CANCELLED.
We use digital printing unless the customer requests otherwise. We have experienced that fluorescent colours are difficult with digital printing. Our experts will use the best solution possible to achieve what the customer desires.

Delivery
The leather suit will be produced and delivered within 6-8 weeks. Usually, it can sometimes be delivered faster depending on whether it is high season or not.
Weather, strikes and such things can also affect delivery. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this and the customer must take it into account.
Lead times
Due to the nature of the product being custom made and being unique. There is NO guarantee
on a timeline for delivery. Timelines provided to clients are purely just estimated dates according
to information supplied by the factory which can change.
Any and all extra pressure on Dynamic Performance AS and its representatives will not speed
up the process.
